That's just not enough to justify spending the money for the Pro version, Subscription, No Subscription, or otherwise.
The only thing I can use FireShot for that doesn't cause this issue is for saving whole pages as "Copy Image" but without the Links. I do not have this problem or anything similar with any other software, browser or extension.

I have tried directing the PDF save to a folder that is not open in PaperPort, but when visiting that folder later in PaperPort and attempting to open that PDF, the same thing happens. Sometimes it will lock up the entire PC, requiring a hard, forced shutdown and reboot of the PC. We're talking HARD LOCK here, requiring a visit to Task Manager to stop the application and all related Services and Processes. Problem is, whenever I save a screen capture to PDF (not "Copy Image" ) to a folder that is open in PaperPort 12.1, clicking on that image to view it (whether with PaperPort ImageView or Fox-it) causes PaperPort to completely lock up. > Issue: I can print most web pages in Chrome or Brave as "Save to PDF" and get the embedded Links in the document, which is the main feature I want. Logs have been cleared since the last time I had this problem, so I cannot send them. Issue is with Chrome or Brave, same for either.
